The strategic, ambitious, hands‑on nature of our approach to grantmaking must be matched by an internal operation committed to flawless customer service and continual improvement. The Senior Director is responsible for staying one step ahead of the grantmaking team, continually looking for systems and processes that increase both our effectiveness and efficiency. This operational leader must have demonstrated experience in approaching new problems with a learning and analytic orientation to deliver solutions that meet the objectives. The Senior Director will work across portfolios, managing internal practices, procedures and day‑to‑day operations of the Foundation efficiently and effectively, while reflecting the Foundation's values and principles. Essential Job Functions: * Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service at regularly scheduled intervals based on patient need, best practices and state regulations; coordinate all services throughout treatment. * Conducts initial assessment and evaluation to determine eligibility for services. * Complete Bio-psychosocial assessment. * Establish individualized treatment plan with each patient and review as clinically indicated. * Respond, as needed, to patient grievances and complaints. * Develop aftercare and discharge plans. * Other related duties as determined by supervisor. Qualifications: * Must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts * Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals * Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population * Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
