BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Environmental/Asbestos Abatement Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned Environmental projects. Including but not limited to Asbestos Abatement, Microbial Growth Clean up, and Lead Abatement. Additional responsibilities include state or local code and Regulation 8 requirements, temporary labor management, equipment selection, material procurement, on-site management, paperwork accuracy, and quality control. The Environmental/Asbestos Abatement Supervisor is also responsible for working closely with occupants, property owners, and industrial hygienists throughout the abatement process, including daily updates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage technicians and temporary labor at job sites and at shops.
Each day, fill out a Daily Project Summary, Sign-in Sheet, and Safety toolbox meeting forms.
Monitor progress and schedule for final clearances.
Manage temporary labor sources.
Complete order forms for materials and equipment needed for specific projects.
Ensure all demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild.
Monitor man hours allotted for project completion.
Conduct Safety toolbox talks and compliance with BluSky safety policies.
Manage sign-in sheets for all Temporary labor sources.
Adhere to all State, OSHA, and Environment regulations.
Assist as needed with any Mitigation emergencies.
Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
Adheres to all company Best Practices.
Provides the highest level of customer service at all times.
All other duties or projects as assigned.
Office/Shop Management
Review and monitor paperwork related to the project and turn it in to the Project Coordinator.
Time is to be entered into Exaktime at the end of each work shift.
Turn in Temporary Labor Timesheet Weekly.
Maintain commonly used materials inventory.
Fill out the order form for equipment and materials used for a specific job.
Track equipment used on projects to ensure inventory of equipment is accounted for.
Tag and communicate any equipment needing service.
Update project schedules as needed.
Ensure your appropriate certifications are kept up to date.
Ensure equipment is in working condition and ready for deployment.
Ensure vehicles are ready and stocked per BluSky specifications.
Responsible for directing, mentoring, and training Environmental Technician personnel.
Representation on BluSky emergency mitigation on-call management rotation.
Profitability Management
Monitor man hours, materials, and equipment used to ensure project profitability.
Using Temp labor resources and other means to ensure overtime is not incurred. After-hours overtime is excluded.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This role has no direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel 50% of the time required.
Physical ability to perform the required job tasks, including regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
The candidate must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
Asbestos 40-hour supervisor certificate (willing to help obtain).
Must have an asbestos Supervisor State ID (willing to help obtain).
1-3 years of asbestos abatement experience preferred.
National Catastrophe response volunteer preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external contacts throughout the project management process.
EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
TRAVEL:

Position Summary: Travel to store locations to provide a wide variety of gas maintenance repairs and services. Completes repairs on fuel dispensers, environmental monitoring systems, underground storage tank (UST) piping, and related equipment, including manways, spill buckets, concrete tank mats, drive mats, and gas islands. Conducts quality inspections on work performed by outside vendors. Carries a cell phone as required for emergency on-call services. Ensures that scheduled maintenance is performed on the service truck at required intervals. Responsible for maintaining tools and parts inventory assigned to the truck.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
· Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Summary:
The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments. Essential Work Functions:
Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams
Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure and ensure EKG electrodes and cardiac leads are properly placed

Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms

Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure

Responsibilities:
Demonstrates critical thinking skills when utilizing the nursing process, based on research, evidence-based outcomes and Standards of Practice to meet client's health care needs.
Establishes collaborative partnerships with clients to assist them in examining patterns of health care needs, decisions, lifestyle choices, and utilization of resources that affect their health.
Advocates, educates and coaches clients, the family and/or caregiver about treatment options, community resources, psycho-social concerns in order to set goals and help the client develop self-care skills and independence appropriate to their age and developmental level.
Facilitates communication and coordination between members of the health care delivery team, involving the client in the decision-making process in order to minimize fragmentation in services.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider, Certified Case Manager (CCM).
2 years of nursing experience. Preferred: Acute care and 1 year Case Management experience.

This role involves physical activity in a food processing environment, which generally requires a moderate amount of exertion on a fairly regular basis-involving bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces, occasional lifting of objects weighing more than 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds. Execution of automation solutions used for controlling plant process. Will involve design and configuration of control systems and oversight of electrical and instrumentation functions related to projects. Will be required to obtain knowledge of plant processes
Design and Implement control strategies based on current best practice standards and approved components
Work with fix/support team to identify areas in need of improvement and reliability. Provide training for completed projects
This position requires availability for a 6 day work week
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years of age or older
Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages
Ability to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systems
Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
