POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all cleaning tasks as assigned by Supervisor and as per contract specifications. Tasks include bathroom maintenance, floor care, window cleaning, general office cleaning, groundskeeping and power washing. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Demonstrates skills in glass surface cleaning (i.e. windows) and general floor care (i.e. stripping, waxing and buffing). 2. Ensures SAFETY in every aspect of the program by means of: a. Maintaining appropriate behaviors when traveling/performing/socializing. b. Practicing proper way to bend, carry lift & kneel. c. Loading equipment into vans to ensure passengers' safety and good visibility for driver. d. Operating machinery safely. e. Ensuring that on job sites unused equipment or chemicals are kept to the side in an orderly fashion to prevent accidents. f. Using caution signs at all times when sweeping, stripping, mopping and waxing. g. Inquiring about appropriate usage and procedures for chemicals. h. Reading product labels. 3. Completes all assigned tasks as directed by Supervisor. This may include the following: a. Bathroom disinfection b. Window cleaning c. Carpet vacuuming and shampooing d. Stripping, waxing and buffing the floors e. Trash removal ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (CONTINUED) 4. Cleans equipment after usage (i.e. rinses mops and wipes machinery). The cleaning of vans may also be required. 5. Complies with the rules and regulations set forth by Clean Corp. 6. Lifts/moves heavy objects on occasion (i.e. brings buffing machine upstairs/downstairs; loads equipment into the van: carries heavy supplies (chemical buckets). 7. Duties may require climbing a ladder if necessary (i.e. changing a light bulb; cleaning surfaces and/or dusting high surfaces). 8. Ensures proper cleaning chemicals are diluted as per specifications and utilized properly. This requires the ability to identify and read labels. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Replenishes supplies upon return from the job site if applicable. 2. Participates in on-going trainings and attends regular scheduled staff meetings. 3. Removes snow by using various hand tools or snow blower. 4. This does not limit the assignment of duties or excludes the performance of other duties as required your supervisors. 5. Be flexible as work schedules and locations are subject to change. Qualifications High School Diploma preferred. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and maintenance procedures. Must be able to obtain and wear an Agency uniform. NYS Driver's license and access to a vehicle a plus. Computer literacy is a plus. Position Summary: The Caregiver/Family Support Partner provides wraparound support to families with children ages 5 18 which are diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance and are at risk of out of home placement (residential placement) or are currently living in a residential program, or transitioning back to their homes and communities from residential placement. The overall programmatic goal is to facilitate family reunification/reintegration by enhancing positive interactions among family members, and, provide families with tools to support stabilization long term in their communities. Essential Accountabilities Demonstrate knowledge of childhood psychiatric disorders, trauma, suicidality, developmental tasks, and psychiatric medications. Demonstrate knowledge of cultural competency, family-driven, youth guided, strength-based, and trauma-informed care. Conduct meetings in families homes and communities establishing dates/times/locations conducive to families schedules. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine strengths and identified needs. Interact and engage with family/caregivers and children/youth to offer educational, advocacy, and support resources to develop family/caregivers ability to independently access community services and activities. Maintain and encourage the caregivers/families self-sufficiency in caring for the child/youth in the home and community. Address needs and issues of relevance to the caregiver/family unit as the child/youth is supported in the home and community. Educate and train the caregiver/family unit on resource availability so that they might better support and advocate for the needs of the child and appropriately access needed services. Provide educational activities designed to enhance the ability of the child to function as part of a family unit and to increase the familys ability to care for the child in the home and community-based settings. Empower caregiver/families to make informed choices regarding the nature of supports for themselves and their child by providing an understanding of what resources, services, and supports are available and how to access them in their communities. Communicate and collaborate with all involved providers as part of an interdisciplinary team. Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural and ethnic norms, recognizes strengths in culturally driven parenting patterns and approaches to discipline, and demonstrates a non-judgmental approach to working with families whose background and values differ from their own Responsible for ensuring compliance with all OMH and agency mandates/regulations. Have a working knowledge of Avatar and complete detailed, timely, and accurate record-keeping in the medical record. Attend trainings to enhance skill level and learn about wellness self-management and best practice skills. This position supports the Program Director in ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality service delivery, and the coordination of therapeutic and rehabilitative interventions for transition-aged youth. The Social Worker/Supervisor provides counseling, crisis management, and staff support to maintain a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment that promotes growth, independence, and family engagement. The position requires a compassionate, flexible, and highly organized professional capable of balancing clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic residential setting. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Provide 24/7 clinical and crisis support to staff, youth, and families, ensuring timely intervention during emergencies and consultation with the Program Director regarding significant incidents. 2. Assist with staff orientation, ongoing training, and supervision, ensuring compliance with OMH, OSHA, and agency standards. 3. Collaborate with families, staff, and service providers to develop, monitor, and evaluate individualized Service Plan goals and discharge plans. 11. Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions to address social skills, emotional wellness, and transition readiness. 12. Lead quarterly family team meetings and family counseling sessions to promote permanency and strengthen natural support. 13. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all counseling sessions, meetings, and service contacts. 14. The EES Specialist must be resourceful by providing consumers with options and have the ability to explain the possible consequences regarding that consumer's specific financial situation. The EES Specialist will act as a liaison between the consumer and governmental agencies, until such a time where the consumer has been educated and can advocate for him or herself. Essential Accountabilities: Maintain and encourage confidentially in respect to HIPPA Laws at all times. Screen all consumers to assess their eligibility for both private and/or governmental benefits.
