Beautiful building. Nice parking garage. My boss is friendly.

Back stabbing culture. IT department is in disarray. They are constantly changing their project approach. Use too many contractors. Projects take forever to start and finish. Their business analyst ideas are to follow the IIBA book to the tee. No on boarding, you are ignored until they need you.

Favoritism will get you far. If your boss does not like, do not expect promotions and tiny salary increases. There have been a lot of layoffs as well. Be careful what position you take here.no many careers are guaranteed here. You can also be demoted.
