Wellness Internship Careers

The wellness intern is an integral part of the management and development of fitness and wellness programs. As a wellness intern, you are responsible for assisting with day-to-day facility operations as well as program development. As a result, you are expected to support the coordinator and provide practical experience in a wellness and health environment. Your responsibilities are to assist with organizing wellness events and the production of wellness promotional materials, keeping an updated referral partners contact list, preparing wellness committee meetings, and updating minutes.

For this job, you must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or any related field and about six months of experience as a practicing student in social work. You should have excellent written and oral skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills. Your average annual salary will be $31,648.
