Wells Concrete company history timeline
Beginning in Wells, Minnesota, in 1951, Wells Concrete Products rapidly expanded throughout our early years, offering precast concrete building solutions to loyal construction partners throughout the Midwestern United States.
Since 1957, Wells Concrete has been building and installing reliable, competitively superior concrete products that are leading-edge in quality, cost and customer satisfaction through the integration of experienced people, production technology and industry standards.
The Wells Group was formed in 1958 with one plant and two small mixers in West Liberty, Kentucky.
It was incorporated in 1971.
In 2022 Wells celebrated our 70th anniversary, sharing our values of Inventive, Safe, Driven and Collaborative with almost 1,400 team members across the US. We’re always looking towards the future and what is next, leading evolution in the built environment.
