In this role, you will:
* Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makers
* Drive revenue generation across Wells Fargo's platform by proactively identifying new credit and non-credit opportunities for new and existing clients
* Handle all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing bank lending and other credit related products
* Coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, investment banking, capital markets, and asset-based lending groups

* Identify and qualify top prospects in the market and then introduce them to our firm and our unique capabilities

* Stay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technology
* Represent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferences
* Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutions
* Maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems
Required Qualifications:
* 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
* Fundamental knowledge of the technology ecosystem
* Extensive relationships with technology companies, venture capital firms, non-bank lenders, and service providers
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
* Completion of formal credit training program
* Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and 79 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
* Commercial banking account relationship management experience within the Middle Market segment
* Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects

In this role, you will:
Participate in soliciting residential mortgages from various sources
Produce high quality jumbo loans which are compliant and provide excellent customer service
