Program Overview
The Corporate Banking Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed for undergraduates considering a career in banking. You will be aligned to a coverage or product group, where you will gain direct experience contributing to client work, learn financial and credit fundamentals, and collaborate with bankers to support client relationships.
What to expect
The program begins with one week of structured classroom training, covering financial accounting, credit analysis, corporate valuation, and financial modeling.
Following training, you will step into day-to-day responsibilities, which may include:
Conducting company and industry research
Analyzing historical financial performance and modeling future outcomes to assess credit risk
Creating client marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint
Assisting in preparing credit underwriting presentations for Risk Committee approval
Monitoring client developments and preparing updates for leadership
Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to support your development.

Business Overview
The Regional Loan Syndications group originates and executes club syndicated bank loans for Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Manage the change control process. Perform risk and impact analysis of changes and consult all related teams. Communicate risks, mitigation plans, and action plans
Prepare and manage all release deployment artifacts for the successful implementation of the release in Production. Includes implementation plans, schedules, communications, conference calls, etc.
On need basis, run releases during weekends which requires coordination, engagement of stakeholders/participants, sending out status updates, facilitating triage in case for any issues
Ensure MRA 2 guidelines is followed End to End through the Release Life cycle
Ensure Enterprise Change Management (ECM) guidelines are followed End to End through the Release Life cycle
Manage post productions issues to closure likewise PIR (Post Implementation Reviews)
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of Release Management Experience
Relevant Experience of 3 or more years in Release Management role
Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience
Should be good in handling multiple set of applications at Domain or Tech Executive level
