    About this role: The Wells Fargo Advisor (WFA) Premier Partnership Leader reports directly to the Head of WFA Premier channel and will serve on the Client Relationship Group (CRG) Division leader's strategic table. This individual contributor role will act as an advisor to Area Managers, Market Leaders, and Division Leaders to develop and influence initiatives that promote and advance Premier opportunities in Wells Fargo's bank branches in the Central Division. This role will work side-by-side with Market Leaders and Area Managers to build robust Advisor candidate pipelines and accelerate qualified Advisor hiring. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring Market Leaders and Area Managers build strong and effective partnerships with their Consumer Bank Region Executive and District Manager colleagues to drive consistent Premier routines and outcomes. In this role, you will: * Provide vision, direction, and expertise to Area Managers on implementing consistent and impactful business strategies that enhance Premier objectives of (i.) hiring and retaining branch-based Advisors and (ii.) increasing Premier investment clients and balances * Supports Division and Market Leaders to identify recruiting opportunities as well as drive productivity and performance accountability across Area Managers * Help Area Managers foster influential relationships with the Consumer Bank District Managers to effectively deliver Premier activities and growth outcomes * Align and direct centralized Premier Sales Manager to help maximize Advisor branch routines, outreach and planning activities to grow and retain client relationships * Consults with Area Managers to deepen dedicated team relationships between Bankers and Advisors resulting in a more joint overview meetings and an integrated client experience * Prepare and facilitate field calls with Area Managers and FAs to spotlight key routines and initiatives with Premier * In person attendance to Regional BURs for top priority districts and regions * Engage and direct Divisional Premier Advisor Sourcing on priority branches and candidates to hire * Support the proper onboarding of new-to-role Area Managers as it relates to Premier leadership routines * Help escalate real estate issues that arise from Area Managers and Advisors Required Qualifications, US: * 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 63, 9 & 10 (or 24) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents) Desired Qualifications: * Knowledge and experience in retail brokerage and affluent client markets * Proven ability to design and implement strategies to grow revenue * Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting and building solutions * Demonstrated leadership, through influence, capability with exceptional execution skills * Superior business leadership skills with demonstrated success in driving strong results * Proven experience in recruiting and hiring talented branch-based Financial Advisors * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Expectations: * This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship * Travel at least 60% of time to attend Division, Market and Area Manager meetings. * Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In this role you will: * Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers * Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies * Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization * Receive direction from managers and exercises judgment within defined policies and procedures * Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles * Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions * Identify information and services to meet customers financial needs Required Qualifications: * 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: * Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems * Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options * Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members * Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs * Cash handling experience * Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations * Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss * Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines * Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting * Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues Job Expectations: * Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays * This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location(s): * 6733 S University Blvd Littleton, CO 80122 @RWF22 Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
