Key Responsibilities: * Administer WFM platforms (Alvaria and Verint), including configuration, user management, and scheduling. * Build and interpret forecasts using historical data; support capacity planning and intraday adjustments. * Perform daily reporting, root cause analysis, and troubleshoot system issues. * Develop dashboards and presentations for leadership; translate data insights into business impact. * Provide coaching and mentorship to team members; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
