About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber AI Senior Specialty Software Engineer that will be responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of specific modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products.
In this role, you will:
* Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Enterprise APIs, LLM's, agent frameworks, and other related technologies
* Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systems
* Develop and maintain large scale applications using Java, Python, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies

Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* 4+years experience in software development
* 4+ years experience in Python, Java, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies
* 3+ years of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing or computer vision
Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Chatbots, Transformer models, SWE-Bench is preferred
* Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Swarm, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK
* Exposure to DevOps and testing best practices

Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
Practical cloud native experience
Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in the payment card industry, specifically within acquiring, network or issuer segments of the value chain

* Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
* Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
