Concrete Foreman - The Foreman's function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of on-site construction activities or projects. The Foreman will typically lead a crew of 1 to 20 persons and must have first-hand working knowledge of the elements required for execution of the various activities or projects. Involvement begins with pre-construction activities with the Superintendent and continues throughout project completion, contract closeout and warranty. Concrete Carpenter/Finisher - Concrete carpenter's primary responsibilities include fabrication, setting, and stripping of forming systems; Concrete finisher's primary responsibilities include placing and finishing concrete for heavy civil project consisting of concrete repair and new concrete construction. General Laborer - Laborers have a general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project.
