I thought the pros of working at WellSpan Health was longevity but with restructuring a lot of staff are being let go that have been there for years.

I have never met the CEO. The leadership team does not get out much to visit staff

Good employee recreational activities. Good staff who care about patients

Cons of working at WellSpan Health

Management does not support staff. Management needs training to be leaders. Equipment and operating room is 30 years old. Slow to embrace new technologies. Overwork Nurse practitioners both with volume and high acuity patients that should be seen by the physician. Lack of training program and then left to figure it out yourself with management, ignoring constant and repeated request for training
