Provides direct in-situ, one-on-one, and group supervision for BHT's and RBTs. Directly designs and supervises behavior analytic plans and interventions for skill development and/or reduction of problematic behavior, and collaborates with treatment team members to provide effective treatment. Educates all those involved about the role of ABA based interventions and the BA, and functions within boundaries of the BC role in providing treatment. Maintains appropriate written and/or electronic documentation of direct and in direct service with the patient and family. Common Expectations: Displays caring, non-judgmental attitude toward each client and family served.
