Good employee recreational activities. Good staff who care about patients
Management does not support staff. Management needs training to be leaders. Equipment and operating room is 30 years old. Slow to embrace new technologies. Overwork Nurse practitioners both with volume and high acuity patients that should be seen by the physician. Lack of training program and then left to figure it out yourself with management, ignoring constant and repeated request for training
Employee recreational activities
The staff and patient are genuine
The administration is dictatorial
Helping patients
I have never met the CEO. The leadership team does not get out much to visit staff
Leadership needs to take a pay cut and stop being dictators
Probably, but not for the demands enacted by Wellspan
It's okay
Helping patients
The benefits and the opportunity to grow/advance my career are excellent.
As part of a recent merger, there are processes that worked and efficiencies that we lost due to being part of a new corporate structure.
The healthcare options are excellent.

They do not care about their employees. They also do not protect their employees.
