Operate a Call Center which serves as the communication hub for Room Service. Receive Patient Room Service orders using nutrition software. Responsible for daily reporting.
Both positions will require exceptional customer service. Focus on accuracy, safety and efficiency will be paramount at all times.
Patient Meal Tray Assembly:
Assembles Patient Meals while following specific diet orders and Patient preferences. Must possess understanding of safe food handling and have ability to keep up with demands of fast-paced environment. Food temperature and presentation are paramount. Also responsible for cold pre-plating, labeling / organizing tube feedings for delivery and other supporting tasks.
Utility Dishwashing & Operational Support:
Nutrition & Food Service Assistants are main pillars of any kitchen. Primary duties are floor care, cart transportation, trash removal, dishwashing, pot washing and general housekeeping. May support Tray line, Patient Meal Assembly and Retail foodservice. Critical to success of Room Service operation.
