Lee A. Resnick, MD is an accomplished healthcare executive, entrepreneur, educator and thought leader. He has held diverse leadership positions in healthcare growth and operations, organized medicine, medical education and clinical leadership.

He currently serves as President and Chief Growth Officer of WellStreet Urgent Care, an urgent care development and operations company with a focus on health system joint ventures. Dr Resnick has deep experience managing and developing clinically integrated urgent care networks on behalf of regional health systems.

Dr. Resnick also leads the national effort to bring academic rigor and clinical excellence to the discipline of urgent care medicine. He served as Editor-In-Chief of The Journal of Urgent Care Medicine, the discipline’s only peer-reviewed journal. He also founded the Institute of Urgent Care Medicine, specializing in the development of continuing education programs designed specifically for urgent care medicine.

Dr Resnick was also a founding board member and past president of the Urgent Care Association of America (UCA), where he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Dawn Gillespie Smith is the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at WellStreet. She previously worked as the VP of Human Resources and Global Security at Equifax and Human Resources Director at WellPoint. Dawn attended Marquette University Law School and the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Jennifer Hall is the Chief Financial Officer at WellStreet. She previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Nox Health, Revint Solutions, PT Solutions Physical Therapy, and RiverMend Health. Jennifer attended Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Tom Simons is the Chief Financial Officer at WellStreet and a Member Board Of Trustees at Ohio Wesleyan University. He previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer at PT Solutions Physical Therapy and SVP Operations Finance at SavaSeniorCare. Tom attended Ohio Wesleyan University.
