Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz ranges. Applicants must be able to hear the whispered voice at 15 feet with each ear without the use of a hearing aid.
Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
Complete 12 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA or Artesia, NM and 17 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The role involves collecting medication lists and drug allergies from patients and preparing them for pharmacist counseling by gathering essential information such as payment methods, shipping addresses, and emergency contacts. The position requires excellent phone skills as you will be triaging calls and directing them to the appropriate departments throughout the day.
Responsibilities
+ Collect medication lists and drug allergies from patients.
+ Prepare patients for pharmacist counseling by gathering essential information.
+ Triaging incoming calls and directing them to the correct departments.
Essential Skills
+ Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
+ Data entry skills.
+ Call triage experience.
+ Prior authorization knowledge.
+ Experience in a call center environment.
+ Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy operation experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ National Board Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
+ Certification in North Carolina preferred but not required.
Work Environment
The position operates within a call center environment. Shifts vary between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST and 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST. You will be on the phone for approximately 8 hours a day, managing between 20 to 40 calls.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
