Todd Penegor joined the Company in June 2013 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in May 2016. Mr. Penegor previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from September 2013 to May 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Penegor worked at Kellogg Company, a global leader in food products, from 2000 to 2013, where he held several key leadership positions, including Vice President of Kellogg Company and President of U.S. Snacks from 2009 to June 2013, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg Europe from 2007 to 2009, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg USA and Kellogg Snacks from 2002 to 2007. Prior to joining Kellogg Company, Mr. Penegor worked for 12 years at Ford Motor Company in various positions, including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, the controller’s office and treasury.

Carl Loredo is a Chief Marketing Officer at Wendy's.

Coley O Brien are a Chief People Officer at Wendy's and are based in Dublin, Ohio. They have worked as Director, Sears Retail Training at SEARS HOLDINGS CORP and Senior Instructional Designer at Arthur Andersen LLP. Coley studied at Indiana University Bloomington between 1997 and 1998 and Indiana University Bloomington between 1992 and 1996.

Gunther Plosch joined the Company in May, 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Wendy’s, Mr. Plosch worked at Kellogg Company, a global leader in food products as Vice President of Global Business Services. He began his career at The Proctor and Gamble Company in Austria, where he spent nine years in various divisions, ultimately serving as Associate Director of Finance for the Central and European division. He joined Kellogg in 2000 as the Finance Director in the United Kingdom division, and was subsequently promoted to the U.S. business in 2005, where he led finance teams in Corporate Planning and Morning Foods. In 2010 he became Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg North America and in 2014 was elevated to Vice President of Global Business Services. Plosch is a native of Salzburg, Austria, and graduated with a Marketing and Finance degree from Johannes Kepler University. He also completed service in the Austrian military.

Kevin joined Wendy’s as our Chief Information Officer in 2020. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of Wendy’s global technology efforts, including Consumer-facing Digital, Restaurant Technology, Enterprise Architecture and Technology, and Information Security.

Prior to joining the Company, Kevin served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. At Domino’s, he served on the executive leadership team and was responsible for developing and leading all domestic and international technology capabilities. Emphasis on technology innovation helped Domino's achieve more than half of all global retail sales in 2019 from digital channels, primarily online ordering and mobile applications.

He has been recognized in the Top 10 of Nation’s Restaurant News’ Power List for his technology and innovation leadership, overseeing the team that spearheaded digital innovations that changed the pizza landscape and have served as inspiration for the broader QSR category.

Kevin has more than 30 years of technology experience across multiple industries including automotive, hardware, software and retail. His tenure prior to Domino’s includes service as CIO and VP of Engineering for the Stanley Security Solutions division of Stanley Black & Decker; SVP & CIO, R.L.Polk & Co.; and Chief Technology Officer for a number of business units and platforms within the Ford Motor Company.

Abigail Pringle was named Chief Development Officer for The Wendy’s Company in December 2014. A member of Wendy’s senior leadership team, Ms. Pringle is responsible for Design, Construction, Real Estate Planning, Site Selection, Portfolio Management, and Franchise Development and Services. She leads the brand’s reimaging, new restaurant development and system optimization growth initiatives for the North America business. Ms. Pringle, who previously served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Planning and Senior Vice President, Restaurant Development and Growth Initiatives, has led the Company’s Image Activation efforts over the last five years. In this capacity, she led the creation of new restaurant designs and uniforms, while partnering with Wendy’s Marketing team to redesign the brand logo and packaging. Prior to being named SVP in 2012, Ms. Pringle served as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Planning, and responsible for facilitating the Company’s brand planning process and driving key strategies such as Strategic Pricing, Breakfast, Sustainability (CSR), and Franchise Excellence. Prior to joining Wendy’s in 2002, Ms. Pringle worked for Accenture, a global management consulting company -- providing leadership to various clients in the areas of process reengineering, systems implementations, organizational design and change management.

Since 2014, I've served as the Chief Communications Officer for The Wendy’s Company (Nasdaq: WEN) serving on the CEO’s senior leadership team. With a unique complement to my communications and government affairs responsibilities, I also lead quality assurance for Wendy’s, responsible for all food, beverages and packaging served in Wendy’s restaurants. I serve in one of two company-designated roles on the Board of the cooperative responsible for supply chain purchasing and distribution for all Wendy’s North America restaurants.
