Continuous improvement / process and procedural changes related to inventory management, installation procedures and preventative maintenance scope of work.

Uphold independent judgment to appropriately expedite and resolve field IT issues, which includes calling restaurant managers, district managers, and operators and cross-functional DRSC partners for immediate resolution. Escalate IT issues requiring immediate attention.
