As an AssistantManager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You'll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. To qualify for this AssistantManager, the-road-to-success-is-paved-with-meats job, you:
Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an {{position_name}}, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. Job Requirements and Essential Functions
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
+ 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
+ 50-Hour Work Week.
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
+ Basic computer literacy
+ Must have reliable transportation.
+ Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
+ Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
+ Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
+ Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
