The Customer Care Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for making sense of data and translating raw information into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Ensure data integrity within the CRM platform by maintaining categorization accuracy, product list updates, and identifying duplicate concerns. Partner with IT and data teams to establish and maintain data integrations between platforms. Propose and implement improvements to existing reporting structures and visualization approaches.
