Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES It must be recognized that all specific duties cannot be listed and that responsibilities will change accordingly as the need arises. *Maintains all grounds including the golf course, clubhouse surroundings and other maintainable property *Maintains greens, tees, fairways, trees, and rough through mowing, trimming, and edging *Removal of trash and storm clean up on a need basis *Raking of sand bunkers *Care of golf course from tee placement, yardage marking, sign placement, and pin locations *Requires communication daily with Superintendents *Flexible schedule with up to 30-40 hours of work available per week,(part-time positions available) *Typical shifts vary from 5:30am - 2pm Monday-Thursday and 5am-10am Friday-Sunday *Assist in cleaning and sanitizing golf course equipment *Assist in cleaning and sanitizing of maintenance shed *Follows safety programs daily *Ensures the golf course is providing healthy and high-quality playing conditions for guests of the property *Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager *Training provided for all duties QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE *High School Diploma or equivalent preferred *Valid Driver's License Required *Must be organized and efficient with attention to detail *Must have exceptional communication skills *Must be able to lift 50 lbs. *Ability to work some weekend and holiday mornings PREREQUISITES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position will involve providing detailed documentation services to physicians and healthcare teams in a fast-paced clinical environment. They should also have a strong knowledge of medical terminology and terminology associated with medical record-keeping. Job Responsibilities Listen to and document patient encounters in the patient's electronic medical record Accurately document patient information such as history, physical examinations, medications, treatments, and other notes Enter patient orders into the electronic medical record Accurately transcribe physician dictation Obtain and document patient signatures on consent forms Assist physicians with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or ordering tests Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Assist physicians and other healthcare team members in providing efficient, high-quality patient care Cross-check medical records for accuracy and completeness Ensure that all patient information is up-to-date, accurate, and secure Assist with patient registration and check-in as needed Manage and organize medical records in an efficient manner Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and satisfaction Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical office or medical field Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and disease processes Ability to accurately document patient information in electronic medical record systems Proficient in the use of computers and related software Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately Ability to work Monday- Friday 8-430pm - sometimes it may be a little later for rural travel. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Must be able to type a minimum of 40wpm EMR experience Work Environment This position is a clinical position and will report to the office Monday- Friday from 6:30 am - 5:00 PM.
