Break down merchandise into smaller quantities for shipping to retail locations. Responsible for accurate allocation of quantities. Submit packing slips and freight bills as necessary. Cross check quantities to packing slip, making necessary notations when needed. Load merchandise onto proper pellet, shrink wrap when necessary. Practice safety in the workplace by using safe work habits Put merchandise away into proper bin locations. Complete daily pick orders for all stores. Rotate stock in bins; first in - first out. Submit packing slips and freight bills as necessary. Operate fork-lifts, reach trucks, and/or pick machines. Manage bin inventories and notify manager of discrepancies. Routine daily maintenance of lift trucks.
