My supervisor and boss were great to work for!

It's still a very male dominated company and there was little room for upward growth with the downturn in the economy.

Pros of working at Werner Enterprises

Diversity and inclusion was starting to spread, but like anywhere, it is promoting race and sexuality, weight is never an inclusion pushed.

Cons of working at Werner Enterprises

Poor management. It's the buddy system and promoting to make sure they have their quota of a certain race or sex, not the best qualified. Very few people retire from Werner, they continue to replace experienced/older people with a younger group which I understand but why force out the older people if they are still performing?

Werner Enterprises benefits

Going home at the end of the day.

What do you like best about Werner Enterprises's CEO and the leadership team?

No comment here

How would you improve Werner Enterprises's culture?

Return to family values, promote inclusion without making others feel excluded. Everything is not black or gay, most people don't even care what sex or race a person is, but advertising it seems to be necessary for some reason? A straight Mexican/White/Asian man or woman doesn't feel they need to promote. I feel it's gone too far.

How did you prepare for the Werner Enterprises interview?

I would not work here.

What's the diversity at Werner Enterprises like?

They are poor

What brings you the most joy at Werner Enterprises?

Watching management try to answer tough questions they don't know the answers to.

How does your compensation at Werner Enterprises compare to the industry average?

Getting worse
