JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Assists pharmacists in medication preparation, and labeling activities. Performs a broad range of technical support functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Classified Positions/Warehouse Inventory Technician Position/PCN: Warehouse Inventory Technician Position FTE: 1.0 Pay Grade: 10 Starting Wage: $21.92 Days Per Year: 260 Shift hours: 6am-2:30pm Class Summary: Under general direction of the department supervisor, assists with complicated and complex planning, coordination, and execution of warehouse activities. Maintains accurate records of inventory and freight movement. Advises District personnel on warehouse policies regarding inventory ordering and freight. Performs heavy, manual work in material handling and loading/unloading vehicles. Essential Duties: Works with Supervisor to determine safest/best procedures to accomplish warehouse shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory activities. Determines and directs daily routing and scheduling for delivery personnel and equipment in order to accomplish deliveries to and pickups from schools and other sites and apprises Supervisor. Collaborates with site personnel to schedule and coordinate warehouse service to sites.
