Responsibilities:
Supports the local operations team with coordinated efforts specific to the location
Supports team by coordinating, participating, and managing documentation. Prepares reports as necessary
Assists with identifying potential bottlenecks in processes and works with management team to resolve issues
Coordinate with carriers and local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow to meet all customer commitments
Acts as team lead on small or special projects when Supervisor is away
Manage multiple communication systems to ensure internal customer requests are accomplished
Manage daily order and task production in our warehouse management system. Prioritize customer requests in system
Ensure all 'must ship today' orders are processed according to shipping commitments domestically and internationally
Provide daily assistance and backup for picking, packing and shipping functions
Maintain Inventory documentation

Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent
3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment
Demonstrated experience being able to communicate professionally in written and verbal forms
1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred
1 year of understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems preferred
1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferred
1 year of logistics and warehouse experience preferred
Knowledge of warehouse management and order management systems.
Ability to change priorities quickly, ability to multi-task, and working at a very fast pace is required for this role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Demands:
Position is based inside a warehouse
Environment can be up to 100 degrees in the summer. Warehouse is climate controlled and comfortable in the winter

Repair and replace switches, fuses, controls, and other electrical hardware.
Notify supervisor of any irregularities or malfunctions by established procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment and replace or repair defective components.
Assist other maintenance technicians or engineers.
Coordinate area activities with central maintenance shop.
Train other crafts persons as assigned.
Observe all safety rules.
Maintain a clean work area and return all tools, unused materials and written references to designated locations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required or applicable education from a trade or technical school in industrial electrical maintenance may qualify for part of experience requirement.
Five (5) years electrical craft experience, three (3) of which must be in industrial electrical maintenance.

Receive oral and written instructions from supervisor.
Install, maintain and repair mechanical equipment according to blueprints and other drawings. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance including visual inspection of machinery and process equipment and observe for potential malfunctions, worn or faulty parts or other irregularities. Maintain preventive maintenance records.
Repair pumps, valves, blowers, compressors, vessels, conveyors, and other mechanical process equipment, and fabricate equipment or components.
Operate lathes, milling machines, drill presses to make and repair parts.
Maintain lubrication program.
Troubleshoot equipment and replace or repair defective components.
Assist other maintenance technicians or engineers.
Coordinate area activities with central maintenance shop. Train other craftsmen as assigned. Observe all safety rules.
Maintain a clean work area and return all tools, unused materials and written references to designated locations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Five (5) years mechanical craft experience, three (3) years of which must be in mechanical industrial maintenance.
Diploma or applicable education from a trade or technical school in industrial mechanical maintenance may qualify for part of experience requirement
