With over 15 years as a software professional, I feel experience is a key tool allowing me to analyze and reason about systems, practices and patterns I come across.

Working on complex problems, I show great analytical skills and highly abstract thinking. I am also a fast learner. Combined, I believe my strengths are manifested best while dissecting systems (software or otherwise), searching for innovative solutions and efficiently covering large surface area when research is required.

Over the past recent years, while working as a software architect and developer I constantly worked at improving the engineering culture around me, driven by a deep understanding that software could be made better. I still feel that way, and believe this is a perpetual state every professional should be in.

While being a part of an organization, I see myself as a shareholder. This is expressed in the care I take to understand and follow its vision, consider its longevity while making decisions, and not being wasteful with the resources assigned to me.
