Job Duties
You will be responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation.
You must be self-directed in the absence of the full-time Team Leader.
You will maintain all department and hospital records and enter accurate information into the hospital computer for the therapy as given.
You will set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages.
Job Qualifications
Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred.
Current Florida State License (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist.
American Heart Association BLS health care provider required.
ACLS, PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.

Materials Specialist
The Materials Specialist supports the business during tender and execution with materials engineering services. The employee works under the guidance of the Chief Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction
• Involved in the evaluation of prospective projects.
• Reviews specifications and drawings regarding construction materials.
• Evaluates ground conditions as they impact construction materials by reviewing geotechnical information such as reports and soil boring logs.
• Prepares mix designs for bidding purposes and evaluates mix designs prepared by subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identifies material-related execution risks and develop strategies to mitigate the risks.
Construction - Lab Work
• Establishes corporate and field laboratories and ensures they are maintained in good working condition.
• Self-performs or directs technicians performing (i) construction materials testing for soils, slurries, grouts, soil mix materials and concrete and (ii) bench-scale mix design testing of slurries, grouts and soil mix materials.
• Prepares and reviews mix designs, test reports and related submittals.
Construction - Site Work
• Coordinates with third-party testing agencies and materials suppliers
• Travels to construction sites to assure construction materials perform as anticipated and QC procedures are being followed.
• Trains site personnel in QC testing quality and efficient work procedures.
• Acts as subject matter expert on construction materials and provides solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Geology or related degree.
• Preferred Technical Experience: 2 years of construction materials testing and/or deep foundation techniques.
• Knowledge of machinery and materials used on heavy civil construction sites.
• Ability to review and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Ability to work in an international team and to interact with Bauer's oversea materials department.
• Strong understanding of construction site requirements and management.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
