Wesleyan College seeks a full-time mission-driven Regional Admission Counselor to expand awareness and interest in Wesleyan and convert that interest into enrolled students. Reporting to the Manager of Undergraduate Recruitment, this position will play a key role in developing and implementing strategy to enhance the recruitment efforts of Wesleyan College, including coordinating the recruitment of a specific geographic territory using a data-informed approach and developing relationships with students, supporters, and influencers from initial inquiry through enrollment. This Georgia-based role manages this defined territory (final territory set by the College) and blends in-person travel with virtual recruitment, relationship building, and application counseling. The counselor partners closely with campus admission operations and uses the College's CRM to plan outreach and measure results.
What you'll do
* Develop a broad and deep understanding of Wesleyan College's mission, key features and advantages to present information about Wesleyan in an accurate, effective, and compelling way.
* Build and manage an assigned recruitment territory to drive inquiries, applications, deposits, and enrollments.
* Cultivate relationships with students, families, counselors, and community partners through school visits, fairs, events, and virtual outreach.
* Guide students through the admission process - inquiry to enrollment - including application reading and scholarship/aid next steps.
* Use CRM data to plan travel, track the funnel, and execute timely, personalized follow-up.
* Represent Wesleyan professionally at on-/off-campus and virtual programs; evening/weekend work and travel are expected.
Key Responsibilities
* Territory management & travel - Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan to achieve assigned goals for a large geographic region, utilizing historical data, current market trends, and independent research. Travel will typically involve 12-16 weeks per year and include individual meetings with families, visits to high schools and attendance at college fairs.
* Outreach & events - Deliver engaging information sessions and presentations (on campus, off campus, and virtual); support open houses, yield days, and counselor programs. Collaborate with Wesleyan faculty/staff and coordinate with the centrally managed Student Ambassador program to facilitate peer-to-peer interactions.
* Pipeline development - Generate and nurture leads from inquiry through deposit using timely, personalized follow-up via email, phone, text, and video; log all activity in the CRM. Maintain high-touch service for counselors, students, and families in your region.
* Application counseling & reading - Advise students/families on admission, scholarships, and next steps; evaluate applications in a holistic process and meet seasonal reading goals; confidently discuss affordability and return on investment.
* Partnerships - Through frequent travel and continuous communication, develop and cultivate strong relationships with school counselors, community-based organization representatives, independent educational consultants, and other influencers in assigned recruitment territory.
* Data & reporting - Use CRM and historical data to set goals, target schools, and report on territory performance and event ROI; recommend adjustments throughout the enrolment cycle.
* Professional development - Engage in workshops/webinars/retreats to strengthen recruitment skills and market knowledge.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfort addressing large and small audiences.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territory; ability to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
* Ability to lift and transport recruitment materials and displays (approx. 25-35 lbs).
* Proficiency with standard office tools and the ability to learn a recruitment CRM.
* Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Georgia; preferably in the Macon and/or Atlanta area.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in college enrolment/student recruitment, K-12 counseling or community outreach.
* Familiarity with Georgia secondary schools and community organizations.
* Experience with admissions CRMs and basic data/reporting skills.
Work Mode, Travel & Physical Requirements
This is an outreach role with significant in-state travel during peak seasons where overnight trips will be required. Regular lifting of recruitment materials/displays and standing for extended periods at events should be expected. Driving is an essential function. This may be considered as a hybrid role for the right candidate.

Job Summary
This position is for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice (open areas of specialization within CRJU). Successful applicants will teach various courses within the A.S. and B.S. programs in Criminal Justice, as well as opportunities for teaching in the Doctorate in Public Safety. The standard teaching load at MGA is a 4/4 course load. The position also involves expectations for university service, student mentoring, supervising student research, and scholarship. Travel among our campuses is expected. This is a ten (10)-month faculty position, with the option to teach Summer courses. Regular on campus presence is also required for the position. Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Financial Aid Systems, the financial aid loan coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the federal, state, and private student loan program for the University. This position assists students in completion of the student loan process, correctly determines and verifies loan eligibility for student and parent loans, and counsel students and parents on all aspects of borrowing education loans. The Loan Coordinator has a great deal of interaction and communication with students, parents, loan servicers and lenders, the US Department of Education, and various departments within the University. The Financial Aid Loan Coordinator will also possess strong technical and analytical skills, be self-directed and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
Process Federal, Staten and Alternative Loans (60%) -
Processes Federal, State and Private student loan applications by ensuring that loans certified are within Federal, State, and institutional guidelines. Certify all student loans through Banner system as well as send, receive, and load electronic files. Resolve all rejected files for loan certification and disbursement in a timely manner. Process all loan revision forms and all loan adjustments.
Advise students, parents, and staff on general student loan policies and procedures. Reply to students' inquiries via phone, email, in person, or virtually.
Assist students by explaining procedures required to complete all steps in the financial aid process including completing the FAFSA, accepting loans, completing Entrance, signing Master Promissory Notes, etc.
Determine prior financial aid received at other institutions attended through the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) to ensure financial aid is awarded properly.
Default Management (20%) -
Responsible for being the primary liaison with guarantee agencies, lenders, and student loan servicers.
Performs exit interview sessions/mailings for withdrawn and graduating students. Coordinate outreach efforts for loan repayment.
Plan, develop and implement comprehensive default prevention services for current and former students.
Contribute to the university's initiative to lower the cohort default rate
Financial Aid Advising (10%) -
Serve as back-up for file processing, customer service, and advising students when needed during peak times or as needed.
Represent the Office of Student Financial Aid at internal and external events with students, staff, and community partners. Assist with open house, orientation, etc. as needed.

Reporting to the Director of Systems and Information Services, the Systems and Applications Specialist supports the administration, automation, and development of Wesleyan College's information systems within the Jenzabar J1 ecosystem and related technologies. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work across databases, Windows servers, web-based applications, and campus integrations in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The role is ideal for a technically curious and motivated individual with foundational knowledge of SQL, Windows administration, and scripting who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to learn. The position provides broad exposure to enterprise systems and database operations in higher education.
The Systems and Applications Specialist is a key member of a small, collaborative IT team that supports the College's mission through reliable, secure, and efficient technology services. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to grow technical and analytical skills across multiple disciplines under the mentorship of the Director of Systems and Information Services.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the administration and maintenance of institutional systems and applications within the Jenzabar J1 environment and related platforms.
* Help automate information flows between systems and departments using scripting and SQL processes.
* Participate in developing and maintaining custom reports for faculty and staff using T-SQL and reporting tools such as SSRS.
* Assist with SQL Server maintenance, backups, and performance monitoring.
* Help troubleshoot issues and integrations between Jenzabar J1, databases, and third-party systems.
* Support the administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments and related services.
* Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 user management, group and OU configurations, and general administration.
* Assist in maintaining lightweight web resources and simple HTML-based applications.
* Collaborate with departments to understand reporting and workflow needs, and help translate them into technical solutions.
* Contribute to resolving data quality or integrity issues within the Jenzabar system.
* Support compliance with FERPA, GLBA, and institutional data governance practices.
* Assist with documentation of procedures, configurations, and processes.
* Participate in end-user training and support campus-wide technology initiatives.

Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
* Occasionally, access and work with equipment in elevated spaces, such as data closets or equipment racks, as needed.
* Ability to assist with the physical setup, installation, or relocation of IT hardware and related components.

Qualifications and Skills
Required
