The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000/year, with a variable bonus, based on performance. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications for this role and their individual experience. Position Overview
PHIL is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring timely prescription processing and supporting positive patient and customer outcomes. In this role, you will review and resolve prescription-level issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide direct support to manufacturer partners through email, ticketing systems, and client meetings. Reporting to the Client Engagement leadership team, you will be responsible for managing tickets, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service through timely communication, clear reporting, and proactive education.
Responsibilities:
Review and resolve script-level tickets to ensure proper processes are followed; correct and reprocess as needed.
Monitor and manage the support ticket queue to ensure timely resolution of incoming issues.
Serve as the first-line point of contact for manufacturer partners, providing real-time updates and proactive support via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Contact internal and external stakeholders to move scripts forward in the processing workflow.
Lead and participate in client operational meetings to address escalations, share updates, and resolve challenges.

Qualifications:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Contribute to the regulatory strategy, development, and execution for Vistagen's products, including nonclinical and clinical regulatory strategy, INDs, marketing applications, and post-approval changes.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D, Corporate Development, Quality Assurance, and Clinical, to ensure alignment of regulatory strategies with product development goals.
* Identify regulatory risks and proactively work with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies.
* Perform critical review and provide strategic input on submission documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health authority guidance, and company policies.
* Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory submissions to health authorities.
* Coordinate, prepare, and contribute to the development of document packages for regulatory submissions, including INDs, NDAs, meeting requests, meeting briefing documents, responses to FDA comments and IRs, DSURs/Annual Reports, clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, and application amendments for assigned projects.
* Lead regulatory project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner, and resolve issues that may arise during the product lifecycle.
* Act as a primary regulatory point of contact for IND(s) with the U.S. FDA.
* Manage and mentor Regulatory Affairs direct report(s), providing guidance on regulatory issues, career development, and project management.
* Stay up-to-date with evolving global regulations and industry trends, ensuring that the company remains compliant with current standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred.

for our Tracy, CA office. These individuals will be responsible for the following:

Job Responsibilities:
· Contact patients/guarantors to secure payment for services provided based on an aging report with balances.
· Contact patients when credit card payments are declined.
· Follow up with refund requests.
· Document all calls and actions are taken in the appropriate systems. Sets next work date if follow-up is needed.
· Confirms/updates with patient/guarantor insurance and patient demographics information. Makes appropriate changes and submits/re-submits claims as indicated.
· Establishes a payment arrangement with the patient/guarantor and follow-up on all payment arrangement plans implemented.
· Document all patient complaints/disputes and forward them to the appropriate person for follow-up.
· Perform other duties as needed.

Role Responsibilities (Here's what it takes)
Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire
Develop strong relationships with key stake holders to ensure alignment with specific business priorities and outcomes.
Build robust talent pipelines by developing partnerships with community organizations, local colleges and universities, employment agencies, and local human-interest groups.
Leverage online recruiting resources, recent market developments, social media and other business resources to build talent pipelines.
Organize and attend hiring events, career fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
Provide partners with candidates that accurately reflect the knowledge, skills, and abilities of each position.
Ensure the effective and timely hiring of roles for the organization. Inclusive of targets, processes, and business needs.
Ensure compliance at all levels of the recruitment process.
Post all new requisitions to the appropriate job boards.
Collaborate with hiring managers on a weekly basis to ensure fluidity of recruitment process.
Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required.
Experience developing strong partnerships with internal and external customers.
Ability to build rapport quickly, take a consultative approach and advise hiring managers and interviewers on recruiting best practices.
Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional manner.
Manage time efficiently and effectively.
Self-motivated to exceed expectations and drive results; ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
High volume recruiting experience highly preferred
Experience recruiting in an ABA or BH environment preferred

Business Function: Supporting clinical trials through data management, data integrity and ensure the data quality before delivering for final data analysis
Team Highlights: You will join the team focusing on ensure high-quality clinical data delivering to support regulatory. submissions and product development. We work closely with cross-functional team including clinical affairs team, biostatistics, data science and R&D.
Where you come in:
You will assist in reviewing and cleaning clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and completeness and collaborate with team members to identify the resolve data discrepancies.
You will help maintain data management documents.
You will support database testing and validation and leverage tools such as SAS/Power BI/EDC to support data checking.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:
The annualized base salary range for this role is $27.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
