As a Restorative Support Professional, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence, emotional well-being, and community integration.
What You'll Do
* Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans.
* Provide motivational, consistent, and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships.
* Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.
* Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals' daily routines and life skills, including: nutritional guidance, employment and volunteer opportunities, social and relationship development, personal care and hygiene, medication administration
* Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.
Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)
* Deep understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring emotional/mental health needs.
* Skilled in monitoring, documenting, and communicating progress clearly and professionally.

Minimum Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or GED required.
* Experience: 1-2 years of experience providing rehabilitative or behavioral support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs.
* Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous).
* Licensure: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices), and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, pushing/pulling, or kneeling without restriction.

Experience working on Third Shift is a PLUS!
Job duties include remaining alert and available throughout shift while providing assistance, as needed, to people throughout the overnight shift to ensure their overall health, wellbeing and safety needs are being properly met. Responsible to complete household cleaning throughout shift, assist with personal care. Objectively and accurately document nightly job responsibilities. Promote appropriate communication and interactions consistent with company values, with the supported person within the home and community. Follow all care plans attending to individual's wellbeing, reporting any concerns to nurse or management. Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments. Maintain a positive, productive team environment including relationships with individuals, families, management, other employees of WBRS and community associations. Attend and successfully pass all required training and attend staff meetings throughout the year, along with those in-services deemed necessary by management. Attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.

General Building and Property Maintenance Performs a wide range of commercial building and property repairs, including carpentry, construction, light electrical, plumbing, and painting. Builds, installs, and repairs structural components such as walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and foundations using wood, metal, concrete, and composite materials.
Provides excellent customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving maintenance issues. Maintains clear communication with supervisors and completes daily work reports and documentation.
Performs routine property upkeep including landscaping, snow removal, and basic vehicle maintenance. Ensures all tasks are completed safely, following company and OSHA guidelines. Identifies and corrects hazards, maintains clean work areas, and operates company vehicles responsibly.
Works effectively under changing priorities, responds to emergencies, and supports team efforts to achieve organizational goals.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, dirt, fumes, odors, and loud noise. Requires moderate physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50-70 lbs independently, or more with assistance. Some exposure to physical hazards is possible; adherence to all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols is required.
General Requirements

* Four to six years of experience in commercial building maintenance, carpentry, or handyman services.
