The Shift Leader will assist with the day-to-day operation of the store. Duties include, but are not limited to, supervising, training, and developing Sales Associates; ensuring prompt courteous customer service and satisfaction; cleaning; monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures; assisting the manager in merchandising; daily bookwork; and fostering a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect. The desired candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, people-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain total customer focus. Should be able to work weekends and holidays and varying shifts. Previous retail management is preferred. Forward is offering new starting rates. Full-time positions include benefits!
