DUTIES:
Observing Residents
Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Turn on equipment used in the preparation of products, for example, the dough proofer.
Review the prep list prepared by management to determine how much of each item needed will be prepared for the day.
B.
Person responsible for this position will also turn on all equipment used in the kitchen for preparing customer orders.
C.
Prepare sauce for pizzas following standard recipes.
Sauce is prepared in five gallon buckets.
When completed, a full bucket of sauce weighs about 30 pounds.
Pizza sauce is stored in the walk-in.
D.
Prepare dough for different types of pizza crusts following the job aids posted in the restaurants.
E.
Other items are prepared as called for on the prep list following standard recipes and procedures.
Items, once prepared, are stored in the walk-in refrigerator.

OPEN HOURS A.
When the Pizza Hut is open for business the person responsible for this position remains in the preparation area and makes products per the customers' orders.
This includes such items as pasta, garlic bread, sandwiches, wings, breadsticks and pizzas.
This requires that the person responsible for this position coordinate preparation of items ordered so that all items ordered are prepared quickly and correctly and are ready at the same time.
B.
The process of making a pizza involves these integral steps: 1.
Read the order ticket to determine what type and size of pizza needs to be made and kind of ingredients to be put on it.
2.
Select the correct type of dough needed to fill the order.
Dough may be kept in a number of places.
It may be under the maketable or in the reach-in cooler or in some other designated place.
3.
Place the correct type and amount of toppings, sauce and cheese according to the specs in the correct sequence on the pizzas as ordered by the customer.
4.
Place the pizza in the oven for baking.
Pizzas are prepared in metal pans that are placed in an opening at the end of the oven onto a moving conveyor belt.
The items proceed through the oven and emerge from the other end baked.
Due to differences in cooking times some food items are placed at different spots on the conveyor to control time in the oven.
5.
From time to time the oven must be opened using an access door and food items being baked attended to or other items inserted.
6.
Other items as ordered by the customer are prepared following standard written recipes and procedures.
7.
Check product as it comes out of the oven to assure that it has been properly prepared, correct ingredients, evenly distributed, properly baked.
8.
Cut pizzas into correct number of slices and either send with a Server into dining room or box for carryout.
C.
Operate cash drawer as needed being sure to make change correctly.
Assist customers by taking order either over telephone or at front counter being sure to follow prepared script.
Enter order into the computer system.
D.

What your day might look like:
Provide on-going services to victims of domestic violence including, but not limited to, supportive counseling, transportation, advocacy, safety planning, safe housing, childcare, assistance filing court petitions as well as compensation claims with the Office of Victim Services, and follow-up to clients as deemed appropriate
Update, maintain, and complete program records on the schedule set forth by the Assistant Program Director/Program Director
Adhere to programmatic requirements regarding safeguarding client confidentiality and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
Participate in back-up coverage to volunteers on the hotline during non-business hours
Provide outreach to the community and participate in community events
Communicate agency philosophy about domestic violence

Position Overview
Align is a leading white space fit-out general contractor specializing in hyperscale and enterprise data centers nationwide. Our services span the full lifecycle of white space delivery, including space planning, overhead support systems, electrical power distribution, redundancy and power striping strategies, conduit and cable pathway infrastructure, and low-voltage structured cabling.
We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Field Project Manager with deep expertise in the design, build-out and commissioning of hyperscale data center white space electrical systems. This role is responsible for translating design intent and client requirements into safe, reliable, and high-quality field execution. You will be onsite daily, leading subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and owning the successful delivery of electrical power distribution systems from upstream critical equipment to IT loads.
This is a hands-on project manager role for a technically strong professional who can both design electrical distribution solutions and manage their construction in the field.
Position Type: Full-time, salaried
Location: This home base for this position should be near one of our offices, including any of the following areas: Dallas Fort Worth, Northern Virginia, Chicago Metro, or Atlanta Metro. Travel will be required as needed, approximately 50% travel should be expected.

Project & Construction Management
Own project scope, quality, schedule, and budget for data center white space electrical construction projects.
Serve as the primary on-site representative, coordinating daily activities with electrical, mechanical, and specialty subcontractors.
Interface directly with general contractors and subcontractors during bidding, award, execution, close-out, and punch-list phases.
Monitor and update construction schedules, communicate progress and risks, and manage client expectations.
Identify, negotiate, and document scope changes, change orders, and justified schedule extensions.
Lead overall construction quality control and enforce Align and client standards.
Track, record, and report key construction metrics to internal stakeholders and management.
Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for construction and equipment-related issues.
Electrical Design & Engineering Leadership
Lead the design and installation of electrical power distribution systems for hyperscale data center white space projects.
Gather and translate client electrical requirements into design criteria and technical solutions.
Develop conceptual designs, requirements, specifications, estimates, and bills of materials (BOMs) for white space power distribution systems.
Design and plan systems including (but not limited to):
Whip, RPP, busway systems, PDU's, STS, Catcher Systems
Power redundancy and distribution strategies from PDUs to cabinet receptacles
Overhead and underfloor electrical pathways
Collaborate with electrical engineering firms and electrical contractors to finalize designs and ensure alignment with client requirements, codes, and standards.
Review and manage electrical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
Ensure installed systems match approved designs and that final “as-built” conditions meet Align, client, and engineering standards.
Field Execution & Trade Coordination
Oversee electrical subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing and trade stacking across all disciplines.
Perform field quality inspections and enforce workmanship standards.
Verify installation accuracy and readiness for testing, commissioning, and turnover.
Support commissioning activities and resolve construction-related issues identified during testing.
Documentation & Standards
Prepare and maintain project documentation including statements of work, budgets, schedules, status reports, design documents, drawing markups, and commissioning deliverables.
Update and maintain internal design specifications, drawings, and standards based on lessons learned and evolving best practices.
Support procurement activities including scope definition, bid clarification, and vendor coordination.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline OR 5+ years of equivalent construction management experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large, complex, mission-critical electrical construction projects, with a strong focus on data centers (ideally working with 10+ Megawatt sized projects).
Must have demonstrated expertise in data center electrical topology and a strong understanding of electrical principles related to data centers, with proven experience designing and overseeing installation of hyperscale data center white space electrical power distribution systems (distributed redundant, catcher, block redundant)
Possess the experience and knowledge to appropriately size breakers and feeder cables, as well as understand ampacity and required wire size
Must have practical knowledge and hands-on experience performing the following tasks: commissioning electrical systems, creating power system failure scenarios, creating load bank plans (level 4, and level 5 Cx), performing required electrical calculations, and creating failover matrix
Proven ability to:
Gather client electrical requirements
Develop BOMs and estimates for white space electrical systems (e.g., Whips, RPPs, Connector Types, Busway)
Lead electrical design coordination with engineers and contractors
Oversee field installation through final as-built verification
Experience with power monitoring and power management systems.
Strong general contractor and vendor management experience, including RFPs, bidding, change orders, RFIs, submittals, invoicing, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications across disciplines.
Working knowledge of applicable codes and regulations including General Knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, Arc Flash Boundaries, OSHA, Life Safety, and BOCA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation discipline.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic conceptual MEP knowledge of white space fit-outs (telecom/LVC, space planning, containment, conveyance, liquid cooling) preferred, with electrical as the core discipline required.
Experience as a licensed electrician would be a plus
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
Demonstrated value engineering experience-delivering cost savings without compromising reliability or quality.
Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), LEED, and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
