What You'll Do: 1. Charity Sector Expertise & Insights Stay ahead of nonprofit and charity sector trends, market conditions, and competitive dynamics. Deeply understand the pain points, fundraising structures, and decision-makers within target charities. Act as the agency's leading expert on top charities, their leadership roles, and key challenges. 2. Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement Be the face of the agency in the charity space-speaking at industry events, networking, and engaging in key discussions. Lead and mentor Business Development Executives (BDEs) in the charity sector. Provide feedback to Practice Areas to refine and expand the agency's service offerings.
