Position Overview
As an Adult Volleyball Official, you will be responsible for officiating volleyball matches, ensuring adherence to high school rules and USA Volleyball standards. You'll interact with players, league coordinators, and spectators, demonstrating a respectful and cooperative approach to game management.
Key Responsibilities
Officiate Games: Ensure fair, consistent enforcement of volleyball rules throughout games.
Public Interaction: Engage with players, spectators, and staff in a respectful and professional manner.
Game Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of volleyball rules and standards.
Support League Coordinator: Work closely with the league coordinator to maintain a positive atmosphere for players and spectators.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the league supervisor or coordinator.
Work Schedule
Seasonal availability:
Winter League Season: Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, February 4 - April 16.
Tournaments: Opportunities to officiate tournaments in April, October and January.
Flexible Hours: Week flexibility is available and what nights you can work for league or if you can only do tournaments.
Qualifications
● Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
● Volleyball Experience: Background in playing or officiating volleyball, with familiarity in high school and USA Volleyball standards.
● Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with players, spectators, and other staff professionally.
● Fairness and Respect: Ability to officiate games in a fair, cooperative, and respectful manner.

Job Purpose
The Electronics & Software Integration Intern will plan, conduct, document functional, performance, inter-lock, diagnostic tests and tune the performance of the electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems and software in support of the development of Ag Tractors. The product validation team works as the voice of the customer in the product development team, working with design engineers along with various disciplines to deliver the best solution to our customers
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
* Plan, set-up, operate, troubleshoot, and monitor vehicle systems tests and evaluations in lab and track environments.
* Determine required test instruments, install instruments, and perform calibrations. Install, set-up, and operate required test automation equipment to operate tests. Establish, follow, and document lab test procedures.
* Determine if the component(s)/system(s) under evaluation are operating per the intended design criteria.
* Troubleshoot problems, determine, and implement corrective action.
* Interface effectively with support groups and customers, such as Vehicle Electronics, Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.
* Collect and analyze test data, and use to identify trends, problems.
* Communicate data with others effectively.
* Write formal, technical test reports.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors or a related field: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $19.00 - $36.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
