KBR is seeking a FDA Research and Scientific Computing Program Manager (PM) for a future opportunity. The PM will lead our team in supporting complex research / scientific computing and IT projects for an upcoming Food and Drug Administration (FDA) opportunity. KBR will support FDA in some of its most pressing programs affecting the Nation's Public Health.
The PM will be responsible for overall program execution (technical, financial, staffing, and reporting) while providing strategic oversight and subject matter expertise to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across multiple task orders, stakeholders, and their associated teams. 10% travel
Manage all program and task activities including technical, cost, staffing, and performance to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide ongoing formal and ad-hoc reporting for contract deliverables
Offer staff management for cross functional team including hiring, performance management, and day-to-day contract operations.
Deliver subject matter expertise to facilitate clear definition of complex business objections and their translation into technical solutions
Support clear and transparent communications across diverse stakeholder groups and project teams
Promote collaboration across contract teams including identification of opportunities for efficiency and reuse.
Identify, manage, and track Risks through resolution
Performs network management from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks; Analyzes design, specifications, and related documents; Implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of a software engineering environment; Analyzes network characteristics (e.g. traffic connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput), troubleshoots problems and recommends procurement of and/or modifications to network components.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and ten (10) years of experience as a Network Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) additional years of experience in Network Engineering disciplines with a high school diploma. Certification in routing such as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher. Shall have "Security+" related certification. CWIP Yrs Experience: IAT 3+ Recommended CWIP Level: IAT 2

Title:Senior Manager, Business Development
KBR is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development for Cybersecurity to join our Defense Systems Engineering Group (SEG). The Defense Systems Engineering Group (SEG) provides full spectrum engineering and technical solutions across the life cycle of DoD military systems on land, at sea, in the air and in space. Areas of expertise include acquisition, systems engineering and integration, AI/big data applications, cyber, R&D, test and evaluation, C4ISR and sustainment engineering.
This position reports to the Director of Business Development for the Security Solutions Division in the SEG business unit of KBR. Travel anticipated to be 25% of the successful candidate's schedule. Candidates in MD, DC, VA area preferred.
Summary: This position is responsible for creating a cybersecurity business development pipeline strategy that identifies, qualifies, and develops win themes, strategies and value propositions for pursuit of new opportunities. This process consists of identifying the need and benefits of teaming partners including shaping of the RFP with the customer, creating customer intimacy and identifying strengths and weaknesses of the organization. This individual is also responsible for developing competitive intelligence, gap analysis and bid team structuring; development of the value proposition, win strategy; business case presentation; contributions to proposal product development, color reviews, submission, final proposal revisions, hand-off for implementation, lessons learned continuous improvement, new business budgeting and pipeline reviews in pursuit of cyber opportunities. An ability to provide clear and compelling writing, strategic thinking and project management skills is also desired.
