We are currently hiring for:
Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Job Summary: The position for Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting production by maintaining operation of machinery and mechanical equipment along with experience on automated equipment. Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical systems in order to maintain and repair equipment.
Compensation Details: Hourly rate of pay is between $24.71 - $37 per hour depending on years of experience. Shift premium of additional $1.50 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete daily preventative maintenance and daily tasks.
Assist and become an active member of the HAZMAT team.
Read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams and technical repair manuals.
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot automated equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns in a timely manner.
Apply knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions applicable to maintenance work.
Operate lifts and material handling tools as needed.
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment as needed.
Able to adapt to fast pace work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to cover other days and weekends as needed.
Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience working on automated (PLC's, Vision Systems) equipment.
Proven experience with Textor/Weber/Multivac.
Proven experience with 480V.
Proven experience with pneumatics.
Proven ability to read prints/schematics/drawings.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical field in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
Must practice good personal hygiene.
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
Basic computer skills such as CMMS, L2L, Google Suite.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience in food manufacturing or process is a plus.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
Must be able to work with limited supervision.
Must be able to climb ladders and do work on aerial work platforms as needed.
Must be able to work Weekend schedule as follows:
Friday - 5 a.m. to 130 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday - 5 a.m. to 530 p.m.
Monday - 5 a.m. to 130 p.m.

The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for scheduled and remedial (break-fix) service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units & Battery system products (2-120KVA) serviced by Vertiv, commensurate with appropriate classroom and on-the-job training. Maintenance Inventory Control Clerk is also responsible for the dispatching process for the maintenance department.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain parts inventories.
Receive and locate incoming parts.
Sign out outgoing parts.
Manage repairs at their assigned crib.
Gather manufacturing information on inventory items.
Create and route requisitions as well as create PO's as needed.
Issue inventory items to work orders.
Operate the dispatch systems which create real time data and work order/labor accountability.
Research part usage and issue history.
Account for all tools/radios, etc. checked out from the tool crib to ensure they are returned.
Perform 5S audits on the tool crib area.
Perform safety audits on the tool crib and interstitial spaces.
Work with vendors for quotes and availability on past due parts.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Schedule is Friday - Monday from 5 a.m. to 330 p.m.
Minimum of 6 months of related experience is preferred.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Must practice good personal hygiene.
