Job Title: Quality Assurance Utility Technician - 1st shift
Job Summary: Quality AssuranceTechnician is responsible for inspecting and monitoring processes and product to ensure that the quality of product is of the highest standard.
Starting wage is depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities
* Create labels for department.
* Serve as backup QA Tech for other areas in department.
* Complete regular quality checks.
* Inspect and monitor processes and product.
* Conduct pre-op on the lines for cleanliness of equipment and surrounding area and complete pre-op documentation.
* Conduct metal detector checks before start up.
* Audit process by using specifications.
* Monitor meat quality and complete AQL paperwork.
* Monitor code dates to assure proper dates are being used.
* Monitor packaging and labeling for quality issues.
* Monitor team members for Good Manufacturing Procedures.
* Monitor temperatures of products.
* Conduct housekeeping checks.
* Monitor weight control checks.
* Retain product when needed, tag product, complete QA Hold Forms and document.
* Assist production with quality issues.
* Collect finished product for shelf life program.
* Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in quality assurance is preferred.
* Must be able to read, write and speak English.
* Must be able to practice good personal hygiene.
* Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
* Work extended hours, weekends and overtime if needed.
* Experience if food manufacturing or processing a plus.
* Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
* Basic computer skills using Google Suite.
* HACCP plan certification preferred.
* Good customer service skills are a must.
* Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
* Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.

Job Title Quality Assurance Clerk - 2nd Shift
Compensation Details: Minimum starting wage is $19.72 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium.
Job Summary: Review and verify accurate documentation pertaining to the product produced to assure all rules and regulations are being followed.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform product holds and releases
Send products and swabs for testing as needed
Communicate with QA technicians, supervisors, production leads, and Lineage Refrigeration
Attend meetings when necessary
Print labels for production
Verify production paperwork for accuracy
Check in PO's as needed
Enter data from department paperwork into spreadsheets
Complete record reviews
Complete pre-shipment verification
Organization and filing
Document paperwork
Compliant with company and USDA standards
Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
May be required to assist/work in other areas in order to meet performance goals (may include cross training)
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in quality assurance is preferred.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to practice good personal hygiene.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

This position is responsible for ensuring the production of safe, high-quality food products in compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards. This role leads the facility's food safety and quality programs, oversees compliance with HACCP, FSMA, and GFSI requirements, and provides leadership to QA and sanitation teams to maintain continuous improvement in quality systems and plant hygiene.
Essential Functions
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Manage and maintain the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) to meet internal, customer, and third-party audit requirements.
Oversee daily QA operations including product testing, process verification, and documentation review.
Lead and coordinate internal, customer, and regulatory audits (FDA, USDA, State, GFSI).
Investigate non-conformances, implement root cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Ensure compliance with labeling, allergen control, and traceability requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete quality and production records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Food Safety & HACCP
Serve as the plant's PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual).
Oversee implementation, verification, and validation of food safety programs including HACCP, FSMA Preventive Controls, environmental monitoring, and supplier verification.
Lead the Food Safety Team and ensure effective communication of food safety objectives across departments.
Monitor trends in microbiological results, environmental swabs, and product testing to proactively identify risks.

Promote a culture of food safety and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Job Summary
The Quality Technician, under the direction of the Quality Supervisor, is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of quality control techniques, processes, and procedures to ensure the consistent production of safe, high-quality beverage products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Follow, monitor, and enforce all SOPs, GMPs, Safety, and Quality policies and procedures, including SQF, HACCP, and HACQP requirements
Verify the accuracy of product labeling, packaging, identification markings, and product integrity throughout the production process
Ensure all quality documentation and records are completed accurately and promptly

QUALITY TECH PURPOSE This role is to provide quality inspection, continuous improvement, and general quality support within the organization. This position requires attention to detail, ability to understand and follow established processes, and product evaluation skills. A successful candidate will be competent in reading and understanding basic blueprints and completing routine inspections.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The Quality Technician may be responsible for performing any of the following types of inspections:
Incoming Inspections: evaluate incoming materials and components for conformance to specific criteria. Incoming inspections will be performed using dimensional, visual, and process related criteria to determine suitability for use. A base understanding of metrology, traceability, and product preservation is required for this function.
In-process Inspections: evaluate product in various stages of the process either internally or after being processed by a third party. Accurate recordkeeping and an understanding of proper document control practices is essential to success in this role
Final Inspections: evaluation of product prior to release for shipment to the customer. This will include assisting with completing and compiling documentation for First Article Inspection packets as well as production inspection records.
Ability to interact with all areas of production to maintain efficient product throughput.
Review production records for accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work in clean room environment including adherence to gowning, cleanliness, and procedural standards.
Work with a high level of precision and detail.
Participation in auditor development program and ability to learn and master auditing practices and principles.
