Job Summary In this role you will perform a wide variety of duties connected with general equipment cleanliness and facility upkeep. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Help maintain cleanliness of equipment and process bins, totes or carts. * Help maintain cleanliness of facilities walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and exterior of building. * Performs line clearance clean outs as assigned. * Trash removal and recycling duties. * Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM's) orders as assigned. * Aid with pick-up, delivery and storage of essential materials both on and off site. * Completes necessary steps and paperwork to discard scrapped materials. * Helps train fellow team members on tasks and processes. * Promotes and supports a lean environment within the facility. * Observe and report equipment problems, housekeeping issues and prescribed safety precautions and hazards to supervisor or manager. * Must comply with all Company work policies and procedures. * Other duties as assigned based on business needs. * Work well in a team environment. Tracks production against the schedule from sorting through sterilization to quality release for shipment to distribution. Qualifications 4-8 years of experience, preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to effectively analyze and calculate data sets for improvements and meeting service/financial goals. Ability to translate OEE data into average throughput per shift for process capacity calculations and production process bottleneck identification.
