**Job Summary**
This role will support the Process Engineering Team with modifications, validations, and enhancements of process equipment, and tooling to new and existing products to ensure safety, maximum yields, quality, cost effectiveness and throughput of our processes.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Support Key Activities within the Process Engineering Dept.
+ Assist with the execution of equipment / process qualifications as required.
+ Read and understand the execution of validation documentation protocols and summary reports.
+ Assist with the implementation of equipment and/or process changes in line with the necessary change control process.
+ Participate in the efforts towards continuous improvement on quality, service, HSE and costs, to achieve state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
+ Participate with the modifications, improvements, or validations of existing or new products, processes, tooling, equipment.
+ Review processes continually to ensure their quality and efficiency.
+ Participate in process improvement projects.
+ Work closely with Process Engineering on the introduction of new equipment or technology.
+ Assist with 'trouble shooting' improvements when required in production.
+ Review process engineering documentation and safeguard confidential information.
+ Work within formal systems, such as cGMP, ISO, CE to ensure that new processes and improvements conform with quality and legal requirements.
+ Support to the Global (Process) Engineering group. Support local projects to implement the Global PE initiatives.
+ Ensure that all projects and activities are in compliance with local, regional and best practice requirements on HSE and meet authority requirements.
+ Keep Process Engineering manager advised of any unusual situation which might impair or affect safety, quality, production output or assigned projects.
+ Transfer of process knowledge to Operations Group as required.
+ Act in accordance with the company's Guiding Principles and adherence to the corporate Code of Conduct.
+ Compliance to all local site Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.

+ Bachelor's Degree Engineering Level 8 or another scientific area preferred

**Job Summary**
In this role, you will supervise technicians in a manufacturing environment and be responsible for maintaining equipment of automated assembly lines. You will be the first point of contact during the escalation of any technical issues regarding automation during your teams' shifts and will be responsible for teaching and encouraging growth in all night shift technicians.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Ensures effective employee relations. Provides employee coaching, development, and performance reviews. Administers the hiring, termination, and disciplinary process for night shift technicians under your supervision. Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.
+ Responsible for ensuring applicable training and compliance associated with work area and products.
+ Responsible for shift personnel scheduling and assignments, verbal communications and visual checks of all work activity for the duration of each assigned shift.
+ Lead and mentor technician team to achieve site and department goals in a fast-paced environment.
+ Routinely evaluate and review employee performance.
+ Technical and hands-on automated equipment troubleshooting, repair, and improvements.
+ Analyze data to drive improvements, determine prioritization, and identify opportunities.
+ Lead and provide mentorship in root cause and corrective action (RCCA).
+ Assess and perform/schedule technical training, including electromechanical systems, pneumatics, servos, PLCs, schematic reading/interpretation, new technology, etc.
+ Assist engineering to develop design concepts for new automation.
+ Provide engineering assistance to ensure machinery and processes are at an optimum level.
+ Promote and support a Lean Manufacturing environment within the facility.
+ Research new technologies and methodologies to use in the facility.
+ Provide a "Customer Service" attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while accomplishing work, production, and achieving quality standards.
+ Conform with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.

As the Regional Technology Specialist, you will:
Be an integral part of J&J MedTech Electrophysiology US Field Sales & Service group reporting to a New Technology Manager (NTM), and closely partnering with, the Regional Business Director (RBDs) and Territory Managers (TMs).

Createawareness ofelectrophysiologysolutions andfacilitates Territory Manager (TM) and Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business.

The Medical Science Liaison will:

* Research and/ or health care system knowledge.
* Ability to support a specific territory with up to 70% travel. Should hold a valid US Driver's License.
Preferred:
* 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in MSL role.
* Residency/fellowship preferred.
* Board certification for clinical degrees preferred.
* Reside within the defined territory.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $115,000 and $197,000. This position is eligible for a company car through the Company's FLEET program.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

As the District Manager, you will:
* Mentor, develop and lead a team towards attaining sales objectives for GI products within the Janssen Biotech, Inc. portfolio
* Demonstrate the ability to shape their business strategically while operating within an assigned budget
* Pull-through region / district vision, create team culture, manage representative performance, develop and motivate people and teams, demonstrate core product's clinical attributes, forge valuable customer relationships, and achieve their sales quota

Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree
* A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States

As a member of Baxter's sales team, you'll be aligned to a region in our Surgical Business unit and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. What you'll be doing
Understanding all the products, surgical specialties, and devices within the portfolio.
Supporting and promoting our Surgical Portfolio in an assigned established geography to meet customer's clinical and economic needs. Primary call points include surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff.
Engaging your install base and following up with existing customers for incremental purchases, pricing/delivery issues, and overall support to improve their experience.
Independently formulating and implementing selling strategies to sell products of intermediate complexity directly to customers by phone and on site.
Establishing an understanding of the portfolio's competitive differentiation and communicating this information to customers to assist them in product selection.
Scheduling and completing customer sales calls quotas and follow up on opportunities to develop the business.
Completing extensive prospecting, lead generation, and lead follow-up for sales teams; assist with set up of product demonstrations for customers as requested.
Ensuring clinical adoption across the product portfolio through product trialing, demonstrations, and in-servicing to improve customers' adoption of their portfolio.
Supporting site visits, product fairs, and mock rooms, as necessary.
Recording activities and contacts within Salesforce.com and assuring that all information remains current and detail is relevant.
Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years' experience or a minimum 2 years' experience in an inside or field sales role in the healthcare or similar industry preferred. Medical device experience strongly preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of clinical workflow/clinical language, hospital environment a plus.
Computer literate (must demonstrate a strong solid understanding of excel, PowerPoint and Word). Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Excellent formal presentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to speak clearly and articulately over the phone.
Flexible, autonomous, and the ability to collaborate with multiple team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must be willing/able to travel at least 50-75% and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel. Position will have an assigned geographic territory which may span several states.

The estimated base salary for this position is $58,400 to $80,300 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. Job Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy and faculty development. This includes oversight of regional peer to peer marketing plans, health care compliance training for faculty, and other related activities as needed.
* Serve as a key member of the CAPLYTA Brand team by providing local market insights and feedback to craft future strategies for the Neuroscience franchise in close collaboration with sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy.

Job Requirements
* BA/BS Degree Required; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing an assigned territory focused on supporting Reimbursement and Patient services by providing assistance with patient reimbursement challenges for a specific drug (including Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Claims Assistance, and Appeals) and educating the office on Payer landscape and services available through both remote interaction and on-site training. The Field Reimbursement Manager works independently in a fast paced, highly visible environment as well as collaboratively with the internal program hub support services to ensure all customer needs are met. FRM will frequently interact via telephone with providers and internal staff to arrange site visits, Manufacturer trainings, and educational training venues. Must have a solid working knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance plans and benefit structures in order to relay detailed benefit information and maximize the customer experience. Position will require travel, project management and/or account coordination based on client expectation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and on-demand education (including Lunch and Learns or Dinner presentations) for the office staff in regard to Reimbursement challenges and support services that are available. Office interaction will include education and reimbursement support. On-site/virtual interactions will average 15 per week. These activities are recorded in FRM CRM daily with reporting to manager weekly.
Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Process, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage and patient communication streams. Monthly activity reporting captures educational topics at FRM level reportable to client based on client expectation. This trended data is also reported quarterly to client.
Reimbursement Support on Case management, billing and coding updates, appropriate claims submission, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Benefit Interpretation, understanding medical necessity, claims and appeal assistance, information related to co-pay assistance and patient assistance programs. FRM will collaborate with case manager on average of 4/month and ad hoc as needed for escalations. These interactions are tracked in FRM CRM and hub system.
Responsible for setting up appointments and completing outbound calls to targeted offices. Assist in completing backlog casework. Additional day-to-day in-office work. Interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives to obtain and provide patient and provider specific information. All FRM interactions/activities are tracked in FRM CRM which are reportable to management and client.
Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives in accordance with expectations. Territory performance will be monitored via FRM CRM dashboard daily. Trending results will be identified through quarterly reporting. Additionally, clients have the option to survey customers on program performance.
Research and compile provider / manufacturer representative specific information for reimbursement database. (Includes account profiles) FRM will create a facility database on each new provider in FRM CRM. All interactions/activities are built utilizing this database.
Minimum Job Qualifications -
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience
Business Experience -
Strong medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
Experience supporting oncology products preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry including, but not limited to insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication, physician's office or clinics.
Must have Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
Must be able to deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and relay status reports on a regular basis.

Education
Associates in Engineering or Science field is preferred.
Work Experience
Experience: 5-8 years of experience
2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in manufacturing environment required.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, production equipment and industrial techniques.
Must have effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills to communicate with peers.
Possess broad based knowledge to successfully troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve problems that relate to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Experience in medical device industry or other regulated industry.
Ability to remain calm while working under pressure.
Demonstrate knowledge concerning general safety protocol and procedures.
Knowledge of quality systems requirements, FDA Quality System Regulation, cGMP, and ISO 9002.
Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.
Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
Able to comply with the company's safety policy and quality policy at all times.
