Managers will tell you to take out trash at closing. When you are at the dumpster they lock the store, run to their car laughing, and haul ass out of there. With you stuck in the parking lot late at night with your phone and other things you need locked in the store. And half the people do all the work. The ones who work are talked to like dogs for not doing enough.
I wouldn't know. I'd have to ask the employees who actually get perks and benefits.
