Qualifications:
Valid CDL A license
At least 21 years old
Minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience
Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.
No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years.
No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.

Responsibilities
Depending on your rating (AE or AT), you may:

Maintain electrical power generation and distribution systems.
Test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls.
Perform micro-miniature module repair on circuit cards.
Install modifications to aircraft electronics systems.

Work Environment
AV technicians serve at sea and ashore worldwide. Work may be performed in hangars, onboard aircraft carriers, in labs, or outdoors on flight lines. Youll work closely with other technicians, often with minimal supervision, in both technical and operational settings.
Training & Advancement
Class A Technical School Pensacola, FL (1826 weeks) Covers aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics theory, and technical skills. After training, Sailors are assigned to AE or AT
ratings and may serve at naval air stations, squadrons, or aboard carriers. Advanced training is available for specific aircraft and systems.

What You'll Do
Responsible for filling shifts in one or more locations, at times on short notice being placed in another facility for that shift.
Assist with filling in for vacations, leaves, vacancies, and/or call-ins
Willing to learn and assist in our communities throughout the La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska area.
Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks.
Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.
What You'll Need
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience working in assisted living, long-term care and/or community health is preferred
Our Wages
Our starting rates are between $18.00 and $22.00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance!
Resident Care staff are eligible for a $3.00/hour Night Shift differential and $2.00/hour Weekend Differential;
Varying PM differentials are also available in some care units
