Job Summary and Qualifications
As a highly-skilled and compassionate RegisteredNurse in the Float Pool you will provide the best possible preventative, supportive, and nursing care to each patient based upon the nursing process and in accordance with hospital policy and procedures. You will work to provide patients with an individualized care plan through assessment and planning. Our team supports each other like family and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
In this role:
You will provide support to the Float Pool to fill in for ill calls and times of high census or to cover for LOAs. You will be required to float to all nursing units where competencies have been completed.
You will be required to take patients and function in full capacity on each nursing unit assigned.
You will evaluate and document each patients response to medication, interventions, and procedures.
You will formulate and coordinate individualized patients plan of care based on assessment of patients needs. You will keep patient and/or significant others informed of plan of care.
You will maintain patient safety during all aspects of nursing intervention and documents safety measures in patients medical record.
You will provide care for the patient in collaboration with the patient/family, with regard to developmental, cultural and age specific differences, develops and implements patient care plans to include problems, goals, evaluations and interventions.
You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure.
Qualifications:
Current Idaho RN License. Compact license accepted; Idaho license must be obtained within 90 days of date of hire.
Associate Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
Completion of an accredited RegisteredNursing program.
Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support required or obtain within 7 days of date of hire.
Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support or obtain within 90 days of date of hire.
Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support or obtain within 90 days of date of hire.
Current NRP required or obtain within 90 days of date of hire.
Current STABLE required or obtain within 90 days of date of hire (renewal not required after initial class)
Current NVCI (CPI) or obtain within 60 days of date of hire
One or more years acute care nursing experience, or at least 2 years of med/surg experiencerequired

Job Summary and Qualifications
Position Details:
Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule
Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff
Continuous investment in equipment including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning for you to do your best work with patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room
Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement
On-call is required during select non-business hours
What you will do in this role:
Evaluate patients prior to surgery
Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification
Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy
Recognize and respond to patient emergencies
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a PACU RegisteredNurse, you will play a critical role in the immediate post-operative care of surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include managing airway support, closely monitoring neurological and cardiac status, and responding promptly to any complications or side effects.
