Rob shares overall leadership for the firm with his brother and Co-CEO, Mike Lowe. Rob focuses on operations both at the corporate level and across its real estate activities. He serves as co-Chairman of Lowe’s wholly-owned hospitality affiliate, CoralTree Hospitality, Group. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute, an Advisory Board Member of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, a member of the Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, Vice Chairman of the YPO hospitality network, past Trustee and President of the Palisades Presbyterian Church, and on the Board of Managers at the Palisades-Malibu YMCA. Rob is an avid surfer and enjoys travel with his family. Education: Stanford University, AB; University of California, Los Angeles, MBA.

Adon Panattoni serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Panattoni Development Company’s U.S. Operations. He oversees all aspects of daily operations and development for the company’s 16 national offices located throughout the United States. Adon also serves on Panattoni’s Board, Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to becoming CEO, Adon held the position of Regional Director for the company’s development operations in Southern California. Prior to that, Adon was the Southern California Retail Partner where he was responsible for all facets of development for retail projects in the area including business procurement, site selection, development management and contract negotiations. Before joining Panattoni, Adon was an Investment Sales Broker for Colliers International in the downtown San Francisco office. He was able to accumulate transactions totaling over $150 Million.Prior to Adon’s career at Colliers, he was employed as Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo in the downtown San Francisco Real Estate Group. Adon was responsible for sourcing and underwriting development financing transactions over $80 Million.
