Overview Our Health Information Technician will perform data management functions in a variety of applications: Dictation/ Transcription, Clinical System, ADT System, Record Tracking System, Ambulatory Electronic Records "NextGen", PeriGen, HMED, ChartMaxx; Performs all QA functions of scanned records in ChartMaxx: quantitative and qualitative analysis of the contents of Medical Records, and corrections.
