Education, License & Cert:
Completion of a normal radiologic technology training program in an AMA approved school (two years) with certification. Must be a registered technologist ARRT. Must also be licensed in the state of NY if performing location is a NY Regional Office Site. Certification required, ARRT (M)‐mammography certified within two (2) years of employment.
Experience:
Prefer six months to one‐year experience.
Essential Functions:
Performs diagnostic radiologic procedures and/or mammographic procedures. 2. Proficient in‐patient care activities as related to radiology and/or mammography. 3. Knowledgeable in the correct use of the Radiology Information Systems, scheduling, tracking, completion, down‐time procedures. 4. Under the Direct supervision of the MRI Supervisor, performs examinations as outlined by Radiologist, utilizing the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Scanner for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess a credential in the field of central service or sterile processing technician through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or has a current CRCST Certified Registered Central Service Technician credential issued by HSPA
Coordinates completion by students of all clinical competencies, and ensure that all of the objectives are met during the duration of clinical rotation.
Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement.
Teaches the depth and scope of class materials as outlined in the syllabus and relates the instruction to career and employers expectations.
Implements evaluation for outcomes assessment, and achieves established results while maintaining college standards of student satisfaction.
May travel to relevant medical facilities, community venues, as required, in support of curricular activities.
Accurately maintains attendance records in accordance with the Attendance Policy, shares pertinent information to the Program Director.
Attends faculty meetings, in-service meetings, graduation and other college events as required by the College.
