Job Title: Senior Client Services Care Specialist What you'll do: As a Client Care Specialist you'll display a high level of client service, provide a professional, prompt, and accurate banking experience and exemplify the department's "sales, service, and operations" philosophy. * Meet or exceed service level standards including customer service, turn-around time, cross selling goals, risk management and regulatory compliance, audit soundness, and productivity and efficiency. Adhere to client verification procedures to validate/verify the identity of clients prior to releasing information and/or assisting with transactions.
* Provide support from general navigation to in-depth technical interfaces.
What you'll need:
* 2+ years of related experience in Customer Service, Branch Banking Operations, Treasury Management Service or similar field.
* High school diploma required.

One of your key responsibilities will be to process a high volume of work with an elevated degree of accuracy to ensure a superior client experience while safeguarding compliance to policy and procedure.
* Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in processing transactions related to client requests which may include, physical mail, high-dollar remote deposit review(RDC), VOD letters, proof-of-authorization, review exception and payment in-boxes, homeowner payment set-up, and address change requests.
* Maintain general understanding of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures. Collaborate in a team structure and assist other members of the team to balance workload.
* Utilize systems and tracking tools to remain organized, ensure completion of all requests, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong task management and professionalism is essential.
* Actively participate in bank training and demonstrate retention of learned knowledge. Participate in team projects, as assigned.
What you'll need:
* 3+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
* High school diploma required.
* Audit and Quality Control experience within bank operations is highly preferred
* Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
* Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
* Knowledge of National Automated Clearing House Associate (NACHA) rules and Automated Clearing House (ACH) process preferred.
* Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Job Title: Portfolio Analyst - Digital Assets What you'll do: As a Portfolio Analyst you'll be responsible for researching, collecting, and analyzing data for the strategic decision-making process. You'll play a critical role in supporting Relationship Managers within the Digital Asset Banking division. This position focuses on client onboarding, account management, and portfolio maintenance to ensure superior customer service and operational excellence. * Assist Relationship Managers with client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC) are met.
* Maintain and update client account information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all systems.
* Monitor portfolio activity and generate reports on account performance, balances, and operational metrics.
* Support Portfolio Managers in preparing client reviews, presentations, and internal reporting packages.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations) to resolve account-related issues promptly.
* Analyze client transaction patterns and escalate anomalies or potential risks to appropriate stakeholders.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and trackers for portfolio health and client engagement.

What you'll need:
* Completion of an Accounting course.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks. Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, or fintech platforms preferred.
* Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
* Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
* Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
