Job Title: Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking - Innovation/Tech ABL What you'll do: As a Commercial Banker III you'll be responsible for identifying a target market for new business and subsequently developing and establishing a book of new business from those relationships. Key responsibilities include negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of a variety of major and complex loans in compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures; develops business checking and deposit relationships with customers. You'll also be responsible for assisting clients with deposit related products and services, as well as gathering and analyzing client information to recommend appropriate deposit product solutions.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with venture-backed technology companies.
* Compile and analyze market research data to develop recommendations regarding products and services focused on needs of target market.
* Engage in business development activities and solicitation of new business based on the target market.
* Collaborate closely with treasury partner to ensure seamless client experiences.
* Call and visit target customers to promote and sell Bank products and services to establish a new book of business.
* Develop and maintain customer data base including calls and results on all new business relationships. Make reports to superiors as required.
* Interview prospective applicants and requests specified information related to loan or credit application; correspond or re-interview applicants to resolve questions regarding application information.
* Perform basic pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests within framework of Bank credit culture and current economic and industry trends.
* Gather all information necessary to present a financing request to senior management or Loan Committee for approval; meet with new/potential customers; visit sites of loans; negotiate loan terms and conditions; refer and recommend acceptance to the Chief Credit Officer or Loan Committee.
* Coordinate processing of approved loans; ensure loans are processed according to agreement, customer needs and conform to Bank lending policies; obtain sufficient information and/or documentation from customers; solve problems relative to processing and servicing of loans within the Relationship Manager's portfolio.
* Maintain a superior knowledge of financial industry status and trends.
* Recommend to senior management those products and services experiencing less than satisfactory performance.
* Represent the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to further enhance the Bank's image and develop additional business; assist the Bank in establishing and maintaining market position in the financing arena.

Responsibilities
Work with the Division Chief and Chief of Investigations to manage and direct activities of a division of approximately 60 staff.
Provide day‑to‑day supervision of the Division's operations and legal work.
Oversee litigation matters, case strategy, and compliance with public record obligations.
Serve as a reviewer for written work, including authorization requests for enforcement actions, prosecution memoranda, briefs, and bid protest decisions.
Review and process incoming complaints; conduct case reviews with attorneys and investigators.
Participate in community and public events and coordinate communication with constituent groups and community partners.
Assess and make recommendations for internal business processes, proposed legislation, regulations, and amicus briefs.
Handle certain personnel matters, draft periodic reports on the Division's work, and attend regular meetings with the Attorney General and senior staff.
When time permits, personally handle significant or sensitive litigation, including settlement negotiations and multistate initiatives.
Position Type: Full‑Time / Exempt. The current hybrid model includes some remote workdays; on in‑office days employees must report to the Boston office or a regional office.
Salary: $135,502

This program provides Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) to maintain reliable, efficient IT operations across the FLETC enterprise. The Configuration Manager will be essential in ensuring accurate system baselines, proper control of configuration items, and alignment with DHS/FLETC standards throughout system lifecycles.
Position Summary:
The Configuration Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining configuration management (CM) processes across the FLETC IT environment. This role establishes configuration baselines, oversees change control activities, ensures accuracy of system documentation, manages configuration items (CIs), and coordinates with technical teams to maintain system integrity across multiple sites.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting IT systems within structured, security-sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain, and enforce configuration management policies, procedures, and standards.
Establish and maintain configuration baselines for systems, applications, hardware, and documentation.
Identify, document, and track configuration items across the enterprise and ensure version accuracy.
Oversee and manage change control processes, including impact assessments, approval coordination, version control, and verification after changes.
Maintain CM documentation including:
Configuration Management Plans (CMPs)
CI inventories and baselines
Change request records
Configuration status accounting documentation
Conduct routine CM audits to verify configuration integrity and compliance with DHS/FLETC requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and other technical teams to document system changes, updates, and configuration impacts.
Monitor adherence to configuration governance and ensure traceability of system modifications.
Support system lifecycle management activities such as deployments, upgrades, transitions, and decommissions.
Maintain configuration repositories, diagrams, records, and related documentation.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and configuration status updates for program leadership and stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to staff on CM processes and tools.
Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust or higher clearance level (as required by position/contract).
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in configuration management, systems administration, or IT lifecycle management.
Experience developing configuration management plans, processes, and documentation.
Strong understanding of configuration identification, configuration control, status accounting, and CM audits.
Previous experience with CM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, SharePoint, Git, or equivalent systems.
Familiarity with ITIL or other structured IT service management frameworks.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRED:
Prior experience supporting federal government environments, especially DHS or FLETC.
Experience with enterprise IT environments and multi-site system configuration management.
