Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil engineering-related projects including stormwater and hydraulic design. Familiarity with GIS software Experience working with municipal, state, or federal clients. Knowledge of industry standards, such as ASCE, AWWA, and EPA regulations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, or SWMM. Design experience with grading/site design, green infrastructure, and/or stormwater management. Desired Skills: Excellent technical writing and presentation abilities.
